We’ve gotten some snow here in Illinois. It really feels like winter when the snow doesn’t go away a few minutes after it falls. Oskar’s doing very well in school and we’re pulling Xavier out (we think) since he’s hating going and there’s really no good reason for him to be there. Gretchen’s keeping the boys in line and I’ve been working way too much still - I am looking forward to autocrossing this year - but that’s still a few months away.

Wednesday, November 16th, 2005So some 3,500 miles later, we’re back home. We had a great time. While Gretchen and I are happy to be home, Oskar had just settled into a grove of being on the road and wanted to know where were were going next. Perhaps next time we will stay on the road longer. Photos are coming soon, including highlights from Halloween, the Air and Space Museum @ Dulles, Luray Caverns, Dinosaurland, Steep Rock, the Elizabeth II and of course the FEST! It was a long couple of weeks wasn’t it! Hey, did I mention we had a 50 degree drop in temperature from North Carolina to Illinois?
