This Slumberland offer just piqued my interest. The deal is simple, the more money you spend with them, the more money they knock off the total price – sort of. If you look at this as a ratio, money saved per dollar spent, you actually save more money by spending less! The rest of the rant follows after the jump.

Money Saved at Slumberland How much more? Take a look at the following chart for yourself. As you can see, the percentage of money saved drops quickly the more money you spend, in fact spending anything more than $999 at Slumberland is just a bad idea! Oh, and don’t forget in the fine print it’s one per household, so you can’t buy the bed, then come back tomorrow and buy the mattress… I guess it’s good to save the money if your going to be spending it anyway, but understand this is no reason to upgrade to a more expensive purchase if that was on your radar.
